1. Service Terms
Opervanta Usage Paths Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us") provides a platform designed for the creation, management, and optimization of technical instruction sets (the "Service"). By accessing our systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform dashboard or via registered contact channels.
CORE MANDATE
Users must maintain an active subscription to access premium orchestration nodes and high-frequency usage path analytics.
2. User Responsibilities
As a user of Opervanta systems, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the integrity of the data you input into our instructional frameworks.
Ensuring all provided technical data is accurate and non-infringing.
Preventing unauthorized access to the Usage Path Studio environments.
Adherence to our API rate-limiting and systematic resource allocation.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the proprietary "Usage Path" algorithms, visual interface designs, and infrastructure code, is the exclusive property of Opervanta Usage Paths Ltd.
You retain all rights to the specific content and organizational data you input into the system. However, by using the Service, you grant Opervanta a limited license to host and process this data to ensure system performance.
Company IP
All systematic frameworks and software logic used to generate instructions.
User Assets
Specific content, brand assets, and internal workflow documentation.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPERVANTA USAGE PATHS LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
